Inventory

The inventory receipts report had a bug and did not function correctly if you are NOT using the multi warehouse features.  This has been corrected and the inventory receipts should work properly now with or without multi warehousing.

Accounts Receivable

Removed the feature to add the ship to names as customer searches.  The names that are searched are now back to the previous list which is by customer name and search name only.

Service Manager Console

A new report has been added to create an email list for all calls completed in a date range.  This is designed for a customer satisfaction survey.  Previously, you could only create a fax merge to fax a survey.  Now you can do both faxes and emails.

The survey can then be emailed from the sales prospecting program using the report "Send Emails To Prospects".

Financial Manager

A new display has been added to the financial ratio menu called "Snapshot".  The screen will show the general ledger balance up to today for cash, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.  Even if the general ledger month is not closed.  It will also show the cash balance from the reconcile check book feature of accounts payable and general ledger.

There is also grids of information that give totals for the following ranges:

1. Today
2. Yesterday
3. This Week
4. Last Week
5. This Month
6. Last Month
7. This Quarter
8. Last Quarter
9. This Half
10. Last Half
11. This Year
12. Last Year

New Invoices (sales, cost of sales, profit margin), New Orders (sales, cost of sales, profit margin), Contract Billing Invoices (clicks, base, excess), Service Calls (logged, completed) are detailed using the above ranges.

THE SNAPSHOT FEATURE IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOUR DATABASE IS SQL SERVER.  IT WILL NOT WORK AGAINST AN ACCESS DATABASE.  IF YOU ARE STILL USING ACCESS AS YOUR DATABASE, GIVE US A CALL FOR YOUR UPGRADE OPTIONS.

A new report has been added to the inventory analysis menu.  The report will show you the total sales, cost, and profit by customer for each category.  THIS REPORT IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SQL SERVER DATABASES.

The sales analysis reports now have the option to print by range of invoice dates or paid dates.
